Cycle and toast at Torrechiara Castle

Cycle and toast in the shade of the Castle: Torrechiara Castle, cheese factory, craft beer tasting: a full day guided tour by bike

The tour starts in Parma: in the morning we will visit a little diary factory of Parmigiano Reggiano, in order to discover all the secrets of this extraordinary product. Here we can see all the production phases going through the maturing rooms and the cellar with more than 4.000 cheese. 

At the end of this visit we will ride the bikes along roads with low traffic towards the south of Parma and we will see the Apennines. We will reach the marvellous Torrechiara Castle, the symbol of Parma Valley, in order to visit a little craft brewery, one of the first in Italy.

After the visit, lunch with typical products of the territory of Parma and tasting of 3 different craft beers.

At the end of the tasting lunch, the cycle and toast tour ends and we come back to Parma by bike.
